• HTO - 1B BRIDGE SAWING MACHINE
  The HTO-1B can manually, semi-automatically or automatically cut one or two overlying slabs.Thanks to its technical characteristics the machine is extremely quick and precise:
  -Double-beamed BRIDGE in oversized structural steel.Bridge movement on cylindrical rollers contained in oiled guides.Rack and pinion gearing with helicoidal teeth to ensure smooth movements, reduced play and wear.
  -SLIDING OVERHEAD SUPPORT mounted on two oiled and protected guide saddles (V-shape on the disk side and flat on the other). The saddles are of adeguate length and made of nodular cast iron.They are fixed to the overhead support with screws to allow for their easy replacement when worn.
  -FLAT, FLANGED ELECTRIC DISK CHUCK.Manual tilting through 0° to 90°.Supported by two large diameter circular hard chromium plated columns, well distanced, that slide vertically through large tubes made in the support. The careful working, united with the large dimension of the components and choice of material ensure remarkable precision in the rise and fall motion and reduced wear.
  -Vertically fixed BENCH giving excellent stability. Easily rotated manually on a horizontal plane with any load thanks to a large diameter protected fifth wheel. Hydraulically lockable in any position, in addition to the fixed positions, from an electric button on the command panel.
  -COMMAND PANEL support by an adjustable arm hinged at the far right of the bridge, it contains all the commands necessary to control the machine, including the programmer.This set up facilitates gratly the operation of machine and reduces its dimensions removing the operators traditional station behind the retaining wall.
